11th Art of Projects Conference

How will artificial intelligence (AI) influence and transform the project management profession?

 

In 2023, the 11th Art of Projects Conference, organised by PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter and MOMART 2020 Marketing Ltd., took place with a number of distinguished speakers from the USA, UK and Hungary. The conference was held on 9th November 2023. The PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter once again hosted the largest international English-language project management conference in Central Europe, with more than 330 guests attending this year. The conference was held at one of the most important European automotive development centres of the international Bosch Group, the Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus, which was recently completed.

Following the "Art of Projects" Conference, on 4th November 2022, PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter organized a Project Management Master Class event with Beth Ouellette and Greta Blash. During the morning, Beth gave a presentation on the practical use of the Disciplined Agile toolkit, while Greta discussed the difference between traditional, adaptive and hybrid approaches and the benefits of using different approaches.
